Fixed Weeks Vs Floating Weeks

When purchasing a timeshare for the first time, many people are confused about some of the confusing language that is very specific to the timeshare industry. In particular, people misunderstand the exact nature of timeshare “weeks” that an owner is entitled to: fixed week, floating week, or membership in a vacation club or points program. It is important to understand the value of “weeks” and how they can be used in a timeshare exchange program.
